Assembly Guide Power Loader

Step 1. Start with the main body. Attach the seat piece to the rear chassis.

Step 2. Next, attach Ripley to the seat. Note the notch in her back to help you place her correctly.

Step 3. Next, attach the roll cage bars to the assembly.
Insure that the roll cage is correctly orientated, and note that there is a notch for the wielder torch on the right side to be mounted on.

 

Step 4. Attach the wielder to the roll cage on the main assembly in the location shown above.

 

 

Step 5. We will now build the legs. Start with the right leg. Attach the two-leg pieces together.

 

 

Step 6. Attach the right foot to the right leg piece. Note that the right foot does not have a peg.

 

 

Step 7. Now we will build the left leg. Attach the two left leg pieces together.

 

 

Step 8. Attach the left foot to the left leg assembly. Note the peg on the left foot.

 

 

Step 9. Attach the left leg to the main body. Note that there is a slot on the main hull that the leg fits into, Ripley’s legs should attach to the feet in the Power Loader’s legs

 

Step 10. Attach the right leg. Simply repeat the steps to the previous step to correctly attach the Power Loader leg.

 

 

 

Step 11. Attach the Power Loader assembly to the base.

 

 

 

Step 12. Attach the Hydraulics support piece to the rear of the Power Loader.

 

Step 13. Attach the left arm to the main assembly. Note the joysticks should match up to the arms of Ripley and help you correctly place them.

 

 

 

Step 14. Assemble the right arm. Attach the lifting claw to the arm piece.

Step 15. Attach the right arm to the main body.

 

Step 16. Attach the Hydraulics to the support structure on the back.
Note that the two hydraulic pump ends should slot into gaps on the back of each arm piece.  Remember to dry-fit to be sure of a correct fit.

 

 

 

COMPLETE!
